Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
Because the majority of our catalog consists of curated premium thrift and pre-loved items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or minor signs of wear typical of second-hand clothing.
2. Damaged or Misrepresented Items
We take great care in curating and inspecting our items. However, if you receive an item that is significantly damaged (beyond what was noted in the product description) or completely misrepresented, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a review, you must provide clear photographs of the damage or discrepancy along with your order number. If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refunds for Approved Returns
If a return is approved, once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Non-returnable Items
Gift cards and sale/clearance items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is approved due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
